Compliance, before mobilisation.

We work on data centres, fabs and pharmaceutical plants where nobody gets through the gate without paperwork that stands up. So we ask for it once, up front, and we keep it current — rather than chasing certificates the week a crew is due on site.

Every subcontractor company we engage gets a private login to our compliance portal. You maintain your own company details and your own staff records in it, and you can see at a glance what is approved, what is pending and what is about to expire.

What your company provides.

• Employers Liability insurance — Certificate in date, with the indemnity limit shown.
• Public Liability insurance — Certificate in date, cover appropriate to the works.
• Tax clearance — Current tax clearance certificate for the jurisdiction you invoice from.
• RCT / subcontractor tax — Registration details where Irish RCT applies.
• Safety Statement — Your own written safety statement, signed and dated.
• Safe Electric / RECI — Registration where the works require a registered contractor.
• RAMS — Method statements and risk assessments, per work package.

What each operative provides.

• Safe Pass — Card number and expiry date for every operative.
• ECS / CSCS — Card number and expiry, matched to the trade and grade.
• Trade qualification — Apprenticeship certificate, trade licence or equivalent.
• Right to work — Passport or permit evidencing the right to work in the EU or UK.
• A1 certificate — Required for posted workers moving between EU states.
• Manual handling — In-date certificate.
