Do I need a work permit?
If you’re an EU citizen — no. You can work in Ireland and across the EU with just your ID/passport. We’ll help with the PPS number after you arrive.
How much will I earn?
We agree your rate with you before you travel and confirm it in writing. Overtime is paid on top.
Do you help with accommodation?
We agree it with you before you travel and put it in writing — no surprises.
What about Safe Pass and my qualifications?
We help you get your Safe Pass card, and your EU electrical qualifications are recognised. We guide you through the whole process.
Do you charge any fees?
Never. Recruitment through RF is completely free to you. Anyone asking a worker for money is a scam.
Can I bring my crew?
Yes — we work with established electrical crews and subcontractor companies. Get in touch and we’ll talk options.
